My approach
Being human is an athletic event in and of itself. It requires a robust level of fitness on all levels of your being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. My express intention as a teacher is to help you glow from within. In service to this goal, I will help you to reach a new threshold of health within each of these dimensions.
Ultimately, I want my classes give you the ability to meet life with a fresh sense of inner confidence, radiance, and bliss.
I am committed to teaching yoga in a way that conditions the physical body while simultaneously integrating the mental, emotional and spiritual parts of you. When we feel balanced within each of these realms, the result is an undeniable feeling of wellness that you, and everyone around you will notice. This synergy is what yoga is all about.
I am happy to meet your needs with an integrated combination of vinyasa flow work, yin yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, pranayama and mindfulness meditation.
